To achieve that, we work according to the Well Known model that links employees, work happiness and business results. And not without success, as our 30-plus years of existence proves.
The Goed Bekend model focuses on employee happiness at work. Because we are convinced that their happiness reflects on customers and those who work with and for them. Satisfied customers generate sales and results. And we invest that back into our employees, social initiatives and our planet. So we do business in a sustainable way, with a good balance between People, Profit and Planet.

Driessen Groep is an independent family business and is managed by Jeroen Driessen (CEO), Rob Korzilius (CFO) and Ad van Zutphen (COO). The organizational structure of Driessen Groep includes the companies: Driessen, Jeij, Haert, Bloeij, Mensium, IJK, SolutionsFactory, Reijn, Lüün and Sprank.
Each company has its own board and management team and carries out its own activities in line with the overarching corporate strategy. This structure gives us room to stay Well Known: each company is small enough for personal connection and large enough to claim a position in the market.
In addition to these ten companies, Driessen Groep is the parent organization behind the social initiatives Driessen Foundation, Learning Lab Foundation and Brainport Human Campus. And the knowledge platforms Trends in HR, work&geluk and Zorgvoorwerkgeluk.nl.
