A quality management system, branch-related rules of conduct and a code of conduct (Moral Compass), among other things, contribute to this.
A problem or difference of opinion?
If you nevertheless experience a problem or difference of opinion, then Driessen Groep invites you to report this personally to your contact person within our companies. If you and your contact person cannot reach a satisfactory solution, you can make use of the complaints procedure. You can submit a complaint to the Driessen Groep complaints officer.
