Moral Compass Integrity

Driessen Groep makes work happiness possible for as many people and organizations as possible. Work happiness is our ideal and our main driving force. We work on this every day with trust in and respect for each other.

But human work is sometimes complex, everyone has their own interests and that can lead to difficult situations. Acting with integrity is paramount at such times. This compass is about integrity: it gives direction on how we treat each other inside and outside the family of companies.

Integrity according to Driessen Groep

In Driessen Groep, we are aware of the effects of our behavior on our environment and we are conscious of the trust others place in us. Integrity is about being aware of the effects of our behavior on others. Trust and transparency are important basic elements for ensuring integrity.

In Driessen Groep the following values are central:

    At Driessen Groep we work on the basis of the two core values of personal and professional. These core values are therefore woven into our DNA. It is the way we think and it is in what we do. At Driessen Groep, we go for quality. In the contact between our colleagues and organizations or flexible employees, personal contact is paramount.

    Driessen Groep employees always ensure that people are treated equally and with respect and that the interests of different parties are carefully and appropriately balanced.     Our customers, flexible employees and colleagues must be able to count on us. Employees of the Driessen Groep therefore keep their appointments and work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Knowledge and information available to the employee by virtue of his or her position are not used for other purposes.

    Our employees adhere to standards and values, even when these are under pressure from outside. The Driessen Groep management and board will support employees in this in all cases, even if this compromises the (commercial) organizational interests. Fraud, bribery, discrimination and conflicts of interest will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Measures to be and remain incorruptible

All parts of the family of companies and their employees have the responsibility to guard integrity within Driessen Groep. Integrity permeates all parts of Driessen Groep and we help each other to remain constantly alert to it. To encourage this, we create a safe working environment in which employees can and dare to discuss dilemmas, risks and possible abuses with each other. Both internally and externally, the guidelines are: discuss, agree, address.

Driessen Groep offers employees frameworks and support to help them act with integrity. The following measures and legal frameworks contribute to this:

The world is constantly evolving. This calls for a Moral Compass which is kept "alive" and can move with what society demands. The Compass is therefore not a static document but will, just like the underlying regulations and policy documents, always be adapted to what is necessary at that moment to continue to guarantee integrity within our family of companies.

Discrimination and other abuse hotline

This Moral Compass and the measures mentioned contribute to combating discrimination and other abuse: prevention is better than cure. But unfortunately reality is unruly and we realize that these measures do not provide complete assurance that abuses will not occur. Only if we are aware of any abuses can we actively counter them.
