Moral Compass deployment of AI

Artificial intelligence/artifical intelligence (hereafter referred to as 'AI') offers several opportunities and benefits in improving our services and optimizing our business processes. From smart chatbots to predictive analytics: AI can help us work faster and more efficiently and serve our customers better. At the same time, we want and need to be aware of the ethical and moral dilemmas involved in using AI. How do we ensure that we are making the right decisions and not causing (unintended) harm with our technological innovations? How do we ensure the privacy and security of our customers and employees? And how do we consider human values such as honesty, transparency and respect? To answer these questions, we as Driessen Groep have created a moral compass that helps us make the right choices when designing, developing and using AI.

In this compass, we have established our standards and values. This document provides direction and thus helps us and our employees to use AI responsibly and carefully in our activities. It also supports us to test intended decisions against these principles. In this way, we can ensure that AI continues to be a positive force for our family of companies and our relationships.

AI Rules of Thumb within Driessen Groep

As Driessen Groep, we believe it is important to use AI to help achieve the goals of our customers, employees and our company. By following the guidelines below and translating this into our own AI policy/'AI rules of the game,' we ensure that AI is used in an ethically responsible and confidential manner. This reinforces our responsibility to society, our customers, our employees and other stakeholders.

  1. Transparency and ethics
