Enabling sustainable work happiness
We are aware of the impact we have on our environment and take our responsibility seriously. As a people-oriented organization, we want to be an inspiring example. That is why we are actively committed to corporate social responsibility and sustainability, with a good balance between People, Planet and Profit. Our B Corp certification confirms this commitment! We also work according to the CSR performance ladder to realize our sustainable ambitions and thus make a positive contribution to our environment.
Work happiness for as many people as possible
Our ambition is to make work happiness possible for as many people as possible. We do this with a family of companies that supports HR challenges and good, inclusive employment practices. Our services contribute to the work happiness of our clients and their employees. But the basis lies with ourselves: the work happiness of our own employees and the people who work through us is central. That is why our focus is on the 'People' side of sustainability.
Doing good for society
Driessen Groep contributes to a strong local and national economy by providing employment for people working at or through our companies. We invest part of our result back into social initiatives such as Brainport Human Campus, Learning Lab Foundation and Driessen Foundation. And with our services we address social and labor market challenges such as staff shortages, diversity and inclusion and well-being at work. In everything we do, doing business honestly and sustainable relationships are central.
Minimizing environmental impact
We know that our activities have an impact on the environment, which is why we always take this into account in our choices. Our ISO 14001 certification shows that we are serious about sustainability. We consciously choose solutions that reduce our impact on the environment. Whether it concerns purchasing, buildings, waste, energy consumption or mobility. Together with our suppliers, we are working to reduce CO2 emissions and work in a sustainable way.
Our contribution to the SDGs
Our focus on People, Profit and Planet aligns perfectly with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SDG 8: Decent work and economic growth are our focus. We promote good employment practices and create safe, fair workplaces that contribute to work happiness and economic growth for as many people as possible.
Our efforts in the areas of society, equal opportunity and the environment also contribute to other SDGs that support SDG 8. Whether it's reducing our carbon emissions or promoting diversity, we make conscious choices that make the world more sustainable and fair.
Increase sustainable behavior in your organization
To encourage our colleagues to take sustainable steps in a fun way, we developed the Together Sustainable Challenge. This challenge, based on the UN SDGs, helps participants to make conscious and sustainable choices in everyday life. Whether you are just starting out with sustainability or have already taken significant steps, you will get practical tips and helpful actions to contribute to a social, healthy and sustainable future.
