Sustainability and social responsibility have been at the heart of what we do for many years. Every day we are committed to improving the labor market and employee happiness. In doing so, we give special attention to diversity, creating fair opportunities and strengthening community organizations. That we are now officially B Corp certified feels like an important recognition of our efforts.

Part of a global community

With our B Corp certification, we are part of a growing community of companies striving for positive impact on people, the environment and society. In the Benelux there are now more than 480 B Corps, including companies such as Bugaboo, Rituals, Seepje, Tony's Chocolonely, Johnny Cashew and Triodos Bank.

Our impact

During the rigorous B Corp assessment process, we achieved 97.6 points, out of the maximum 200 points that can be achieved, as stated in the B Corp profile. A minimum of 80 points are required for a company to become a B Corp. This assessment looks at five impact areas: governance, employees, environment, customers and community. Because the certification is renewed every three years, we remain continually challenged to further improve our social and environmental impact. To complete the certification process, companies must document the impact of their decisions on all their stakeholders in their statutory documents.
