At Driessen Groep we aim for job happiness for as many people as possible. Every day we and our companies are committed to a better future for people and socially engaged organizations. Happiness at work starts with the people who work for and through us. That is why our focus is on the 'People' side of sustainability. The well-being of our employees forms the basis of all our sustainable ambitions.

Good and inclusive employment

Work happiness is at the heart of our business model. Not just because we think it's important, but because it makes a real difference. Achieving work happiness means investing and working hard. We do this with a proactive HR policy focused on vitality, training, development and inclusion. Both for our own employees and for the flexible workers who work through us. A good example? Almost 5% of our own staff consists of people with a distance to the labor market. We are also proud of our five employment promises from temporary employment agency Driessen and our good contracting practices through hiring company Haert. Together we create opportunities and growth, for everyone.

We prefer local suppliers with attention to social and environmentally friendly aspects. Our Sustainable sourcing policy ensures that we make conscious choices. We assess our CSR suppliers annually for their sustainability and social responsibility. This is how we are building a fair and sustainable future together.

Privacy

We understand how important it is to handle privacy-sensitive information carefully. Whether for our customers, employees or users, we make sure that data is secure. We operate an ISO 27001-certified management system that ensures data is well protected. We also teach our employees how to work safely, for example with training courses on privacy, security and AI. So you can be confident that your data is in good hands with us.
