Driessen Groep creates awareness around lifelong development
Driessen Groep is one of the signatories of the Brainport Talent & Skill agreement. From this agreement starts the campaign 'Together Ready for the Future'. This campaign is intended to create awareness about lifelong development among all residents in our region.
The theme of lifelong development is one that is also important for our employees and organization. After all, no one knows what the future holds, but one thing is certain: the future is becoming increasingly digital and new technologies will continue to change our work continuously. The 'Together Ready for the Future' campaign offers employees and organizations opportunities to work with this theme.
Brainport Talent & Skill Agreement
Brainport launched the Talent & Skill Accord in June 2018. This was prompted by the increasingly acute labor market shortages in Brainport Eindhoven - especially when it comes to technological profiles. Many organizations and parties in the region are active with initiatives around educational innovation, lifelong development and labor market balance in order to reduce the shortages. Besides reducing shortages, it is mainly about ensuring that residents in Brainport Eindhoven enjoy working and living here.
With the agreement - based on the central themes from the Brainport National Action Agenda - we and over 200 other parties endorse the joint focus for education and labor market in the region.
