Driessen Groep participates in hr services alliance
Driessen Groep joins the hr services alliance with the aim of making a significant contribution to everything needed to get people safely back to work quickly.

The global alliance helps companies and economies get back on their feet. In addition to Driessen Groep, Randstad N.V., The Adecco Group, Manpower Group, USG People and Olympia are joining the alliance in the Netherlands. The ABU, Algemene Bond Uitzendondernemingen, supports the initiative. In addition, employers, unions and NGOs have also been invited to participate and think along.
The COVID-19 crisis and prolonged lockdown presents unprecedented challenges to people and economies around the world. To mitigate the economic malaise, but also the impact on people's ability to earn a living, the labor market and all stakeholders must quickly adapt to the "new normal."
Physical distancing and other strict measures will be an integral part of all workplace processes for some time to come. This calls for a clear plan for more flexible working, including working from home and the protocols for the new way of working. This requires urgent action.
Effective protocols
There is a lot involved in organizing and implementing a safe return to work amid the disruption caused by the pandemic. Intensive collaboration and coordination with the various stakeholders, from employers to governments, unions to institutions, and of course the employees themselves, are needed to prepare for the new normal in the workplace.
Enabling a safe return to work
Driessen Groep, with over 27 years of experience as an HR service provider, has broad knowledge and expertise in the field of "people and work." Together with the other members of the alliance and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, VNO-NCW and MKB Nederland, we are happy to make our contribution to help everyone in the Netherlands return to work quickly and safely once the intelligent lockdown is relaxed.
