Driessen Groep again named World-class Workplace
Again this year, Driessen Groep may carry the title World-class Workplace. This title is awarded by research agency Effectory to organizations that are rated above average by their own employees in the areas of employee engagement and being a good employer.
Effectory began 15 years ago to identify and reward good employers and good employment practices. The hallmark is 100% based on employee opinion. Through an organization-wide survey conducted by Effectory, employees were asked to rate their engagement and the organization's employership.
The survey shows that our employees are above average in terms of satisfaction and engagement. Effectory's benchmarks are determined from millions of responses from employees around the world. Thus, the organizations awarded as World-class Workplace know for sure that their high ranking is based on a reliable and very comprehensive data set.
