Recently we took the next step in making that impact visible and were certified on step 3 of the CSR Performance Ladder. We are proud of that!
The CSR Performance Ladder is based on the international ISO-26000 standard. This standard enables organizations to get started with corporate social responsibility in a practical way. People, planet and profit are the three themes that define corporate social responsibility. As a family of companies in the domain of people and work, we want to excel in the people pillar, but we have also made visible sustainable achievements in planet and profit.

Recently, our CSR activities have been certified on step 3 of the CSR Performance Ladder. An independent auditor has determined that within our industry we score above average on our chosen CSR themes. This certification gives us confirmation and recognition of our social impact. We have been engaged in People and Work initiatives for years, contributing to society.
